Today dancing Light performs between 60 and 75 shows a year, with a musical blend that has been called cosmic acoustic.  Greg's unique approach to acoustic guitar supports a mesmerizing vocal blend, occasionally peppered with Kiki's percussion.

Lyrics offer
a vision of unity, environmental compassion and
spiritual connection.  Above all, dancing Light's songs are a call for love.

Fall/Winter 2009-2010

Dancing Light's fifth CD is nearing completion. Kiki and Greg are taking a little break from touring as they put finishng touches on the new CD.

On the publishing front, Shebreana Music (BMI), dancing Light's publishing company,  is pitching dancing Light's songs to the TV and Film industry.

And as always, they continue to write & record the songs that flow so abundantly into their lives.

In 2006, both Kiki and Greg were recipients of the Five Wing Arts Council / McKnight foundation individual artist grants.

History of dancing Light

Dancing Light members Kiki Carter Webb and Greg Webb first met on stage at the Florida Theater in Gainesville in 1988.  He was the lead singer for the 12 piece Rhythm & Blues Revue and Showband (Gainesville) and a performing songwriter from St. Cloud, Minnesota, she was a solo vocalist, environmental activist and  performing songwriter from Gainesville, Florida.

They would meet again five years later at the birthday party of  a mutual friend.  Kiki was a trained classical musician influenced by the world of folk, rock, and musical theater.  Greg was a self-taught acoustic guitar player with blues and psychedelic folk/rock influences.  Their connection was powerful and immediate, urging them down the musical path that was to become dancing Light.
